Maddie is still so very close to walking, but if she realizes what she is doing, she falls to the floor. The funny thing is that if she doesn't realize it, she has taken 3 or 4 steps all by herself. She just has to be concentrating on something else. The other amazing thing is that even though she's not very stable on her feet, she loves to climb on stuff. But, it's really precious - she's very very careful when she does - calculating each step to make sure that she's balanced and the object she's climbing doesn't move. Then she just gets upset when she can't get down.
And Maddie's Glow Worm. My goodness! I don't think she could fall asleep without it! When I set her in the bed at night, the first thing she does is finds the glow worm and presses it's belly so it will light up and play a song. So now, we know when she wakes up in the night. She pipes music into our bedroom through the baby monitor. She's so sweet to do that!
