We're Home!

Madalyn Elizabeth Goins was born on May 16, 2007 at 4:07pm. She was 6 lb 6 oz, 19.3 inches long. We got to leave the hospital on the Friday after.




After spending a week there before Maddie was born, plus the few days after, I was really ready to get out of there and be home again!



We found out on Friday morning that Maddie had Jaundice, so she got to lay on a Photo Therapy Bed until Monday morning. It was really a bummer since she had to stay on this bed 24 hours a day, except for feeding time. We nicknamed her "Lightning Bug" while she was on the bed.

Now that we were able to get rid of the Photo Therapy Bed, Maddie looks so tiny in her gigantic crib! But, look how cute!
